About GHASDO Asia

campaign/indexGrassroots Human Rights and Sustainable Development Organization (GHASDO Asia) is a local, independent, and non-profit organization based in Cambodia. We are driven by a passion to promote human rights, social justice, and inclusive, community-led development.

Founded with the purpose of addressing systemic inequality and the marginalization of vulnerable groups, GHASDO Asia empowers grassroots communities by strengthening their capacity to advocate for their rights and take part in democratic processes. We work hand in hand with women, youth, and indigenous people to implement sustainable solutions to poverty, discrimination, and poor governance.

Our Identity

GHASDO is not just an organization; it is a movement that brings voices from the margins into the center of policy, development, and decision-making. We believe that lasting change begins at the grassroots level, and every citizen has the power to contribute to a more just and equitable society.

Our team consists of experienced rights advocates, community workers, and educators dedicated to nurturing participatory development and fostering leadership from within the communities we serve. GHASDO Asia operates across multiple provinces in Cambodia, creating networks of civic action, education, and social progress.

Advocacy and Public Awareness

Through forums, radio, and media, we advocate for systemic change, amplify community voices, and raise awareness on human rights issues.

GHASDO Asia believes that lasting change requires both direct service and structural transformation. Through advocacy and public awareness, we amplify the voices of marginalized communities, influence policy, and build public understanding of critical social issues.
